Keurig has agreed to pay $31 million to resolve claims it violated antitrust laws. Class members include any consumer who purchased Keurig K-Cup Portion Packs from retailers other than Keurig between Sept. 7, 2010, and Aug. 14, 2020. Reimbursement rates will vary depending on the state the purchase was made in and whether proof of purchase was submitted with a claim.
