Plaintiffs in the Canada Dry Ginger Ale class action allege that the manufacturers fraudulently market and label their products by claiming that they contain real ginger. These misrepresentations are unlawful and constitute false advertising, according to the plaintiffs.

You are eligible for the settlement if you purchased Canada Dry Ginger Ale between Jan. 1, 2013 and Dec. 19, 2018.

Two tiers of compensation are available to Class Members who file a valid claim. Tier 1 provides $0.40 per unit (can) for up to 13 units, i.e. up to $5.20 per household. Tier 2 provides the same $0.40 per unit but allows up to 100 units, or up to $40 per household. Compensation under Tier 2 requires proof of purchase.
