If you purchased certain Almond Breeze almondmilk, almondmilk coconut or cashew blend, almondmilk creamer, almondmilk nog, or yogurt alternative products between April 15, 2014 and May 17, 2021, you may be eligible for a payment from a class action Settlement.
Class Members submitting a claim without proof of purchase will be eligible to receive $.50 for each affected Almond Breeze product purchased, up to 10 products, for a total possible maximum payment of $5. Class Members who submit proof of purchase with their claim will be eligible to receive a payment of $1 for each affected Almond Breeze product purchased, up to 20 products, for a total of $20.
You must submit a claim before Nov. 23, 2021.
