Walmart and Sam’s Club customers may be entitled to a payment from a class action settlement if they returned a purchase between July 17, 2015, and November 25, 2020.
Walmart has agreed to pay a class settlement amount of $5,000,000 into a Settlement Fund. Settlement Class Members who timely file a valid claim will be eligible to receive an equal share of the money remaining in the Settlement Fund after deductions for the costs of settlement administration, attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses.
