Keurig Green Mountain Inc. has agreed to pay $10 million to resolve claims made against the company by a class of buyers.
You are eligible for compensation if you purchased K Cup single serving coffee pods labeled as recyclable in the United States during the time period from June 8, 2016, through August 8, 2022. The good news is, no proof of purchase is necessary. You will receive between $5 and $36 per the settlement agreement.

The deadline to submit a claim form is Jan. 9, 2023. Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim.
