If you bought a JUUL product in the United States on or before December 7, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a $300 Million Settlement.

The settlement benefits individuals who purchased Juul products, including pods and devices, from a retail store, online store or the Juul website before Dec. 7, 2022. The good news is, no proof of purchase is required for consumers to submit a claim.

To receive benefits you must submit a valid claim form by Feb. 5, 2024.
