How the Escape Into Summer Program Works
Here’s the deal: Each time your child completes two books—one matchup on the journal—bring the journal to your local Barnes & Noble to receive an exclusive Summer Reading sticker and create a recommendation slip for their favorite of the two books. Their recommendation slip will be displayed in the store. Return after each completed matchup to collect another sticker and share a new recommendation, and let your child browse other kids’ recommendation slips for ideas on what to read next. After completing all four matchups on the journal, your reader will finish their full sticker collection and earn a special Barnes & Noble Champion sticker. Keep the journal so they can look back on the great books they read this summer.
