Shoppers who bought Sealy-branded bedding advertised with a 1250 thread count on the packaging may be entitled to cash from a newly announced class action settlement. The deal covers a range of popular Sealy lines—Ultimate Indulgence, Premium Comfort, Cool Comfort, Premium Cooling, and Superior Cooling—so long as the item you purchased had 1250 thread count listed on its packaging.
Who is eligible
Anyone who purchased one or more Sealy bedding products with 1250 thread count listed on the packaging is included. Covered items include, but are not limited to, Ultimate Indulgence, Premium Comfort, Cool Comfort, Premium Cooling, and Superior Cooling.
What you can receive
Households can claim for up to eight Products without providing supporting Proof of Purchase documentation, for a total of up to $40 per Household. There is no cap on the number of Products you can claim if you provide supporting Proof of Purchase documentation.
Proof of purchase
Proof of Purchase is not required to file a claim for up to eight Products per Household. Providing Proof of Purchase allows claims for an unlimited number of Products.
Claim deadline
The deadline to submit a claim is May 12, 2026.
