If you purchased belVita Crunchy Biscuits, belVita Soft Baked Biscuits, belVita Bites, and belVita Sandwiches in various flavors between Nov. 16, 2013, and Nov. 17, 2021 you may be entitled to reimbursement.
Plaintiffs in the belVita class action lawsuit claim that Mondelēz International Inc. violated consumer protection laws with false labeling. belVita packaging claims allegedly mislead consumers into believing that the products are healthy despite high levels of added sugar.
Under the settlement, eligible Class Members can recover cash payments estimated to be $34.10. Exact payments will vary depending on the net settlement fund after cost and fees deductions. Without a receipt or other form of proof, consumers can only claim 2 products per month of belVita purchases. Claims that include proof of purchase are not subjected to these limitations.
The deadline to file a claim is Feb 9, 2022.
