Free Up To $10.50 In Tuna Class Action

Anyone who purchased certain Chicken of the Sea tuna products in certain states and territories between June 1, 2011, and July 1, 2015 may be eligible to claim up to $10.50 without proof of purchase.
According to legal action against Chicken of the Sea and other tuna distributors, the company allegedly worked with other companies to artificially raise the cost of canned and pouch tuna products.
Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim. Claim Forms must be submitted no later than Aug 22, 2022.
