If you purchased Wipe Out! Wipes, Wipe Out! Multi-Surface Wipes, or Wipe Out! Multi-Surface Decontaminant Spray in the United States on or before April 19, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a $2 Million Settlement.

The Wipe Out!® class action lawsuit alleged that the defendant in the case (Tzumi Innovations) created false advertising via their product labeling, packaging and marketing, which led consumers to inaccurately believe that their spray and wipes products were safe and legal to use as disinfectants for surfaces.

No proof or documentation of purchase is required in order to file a claim. Those who do not have proof of purchase: may be entitled to receive $2.00 per every qualified Wipe Out! product purchased, up to a maximum of $6.00 per claim form, those who submit proof of purchase: may receive $3.00 per qualified product purchased, up to $15.00 per claim.

To receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by July 18, 2023.
