The Class includes anyone who purchased Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, Windex Vinegar Glass Cleaner, Windex Ammonia-Free Glass Cleaner, or Windex Multi-Surface Glass Cleaner labeled “non-toxic” from Jan. 1, 2019, to July 9, 2021, for use and not for resale.
The good news is there is no proof of purchase needed when filing a claim, so you don’t need to find the old receipts. Class Members who submit a claim form with proof of purchase may seek up to $1 for each covered product purchased, who submit a claim form without acceptable proof of purchase may seek reimbursement of $1 for up to 10 products purchased. The deadline to file you case is Nov 12, 2021.
